Geographical and Meteorological Evaluations of COVID-19 Spread in Iran

Since late 2019 many people all over the world have become infected and died due to coronavirus. There been general studies about spread of virus. In this study, new accumulated confirmed cases (NCC ACC), recovered (NRC ARC), deaths (ND AD) were evaluated by geographical properties, meteorological parameters air particulate matters between 3 April 2020 11 June within 15 provinces in Iran. Meteorological parameters, COVID-19 data collected from Iran Organization, Environmental Protection Agency Aftabnews website, respectively. The results study show that dry lands (i.e., Kerman South Khorasan) not only had low admission NCC, ACC, ARC AD but also presented lower rates ACC per 105 population. Air temperature showed positive significant correlation with number cases. This is because hot outdoor especially costal equatorial regions forces stay closed environments no ventilation closed-cycle conditioners. Maximum pressure was found be most frequent (66%) parameter correlating health outcomes associated COVID-19. engaged province Khuzestan, while endpoints highest rate population Khuzestan provinces.
